Twenty years of career is no ordinary milestone, especially for a reality born and raised in the underground, which has always chosen the harder path: that of authenticity, coherence, and music made from the ground up. TALCO, one of the most enduring and influential bands in the European independent punk scene, celebrated not just an anniversary, but a community, a shared history with an audience that never stopped moving, singing, and believing.

 

TALCO, the most important and well-known Italian punk-rock band of our time, can look back on a history of more than 20 years. Their highly contagious punkchanka style, a progressive mix of punk-rock, folk, Latin, and ska, that is, the trademark of TALCO, makes people all over Europe dance like crazy. However, TALCO is much more than just a fun party band. Their lyrics dive deeply into human existential issues, such as the concept of truth, human degradation and self-esteem. In addition, TALCO constantly address the issue of political failures and social shortcomings – the result of a degraded social development in today's modern society.
